Our Leadership

Kylie Grieco, CPA

Kylie Grieco moved to Isle of Palms from New York when she was 7 years old and loves this area and the opportunities it has to offer. After graduating from College of Charleston with a degree in Accounting, Kylie worked for a local CPA firm where she became interested in helping businesses understand financials and taxes. She spent 5 years working in Public Accounting before moving over to Corporate Accounting as an Account Manager for a 50-million-dollar nursing home chain. Within 6 months, she was promoted to Controller and gained immense experience in managing money for both large corporations and small businesses. In this role, she worked closely with the Vice President of Operations to improve reporting and help the company comprehend their financials.

Seven years later, after her third child was born, Kylie established Palmetto Accounting, LLC. It was important for her to have more control over her schedule and be able to spend quality time with family. She has worked with numerous businesses to improve reporting, managing, and forecasting cash to identify potential problems before they occur. Kylie approaches each meeting with a goal to understand the difficulties business owners are facing and devise a solution that produces more comfort with the financials of their business. Understanding financials always improves the bottom line.
